Sarah Soni

Chief Financial Officer

Sarah Soni is the Chief Financial Officer at Torticity. Known for connecting financial strategy to execution, Sarah helps leadership teams prioritize investments, strengthen operating discipline, and make high-stakes decisions with clarity and confidence. She has extensive experience overseeing capital allocation and building finance organizations for high-growth, private equity- and venture-backed companies across product and services sectors.

Prior to Torticity, Sarah was CFO at BrandStar, where she partnered with the founder to execute enterprise-wide restructuring and liquidity restoration initiatives. Earlier in her career, she served as CFO at digitally-forward, growth companies including FultonFishMarket.com and BULLDOG Gin, leading cross-functional teams spanning finance, business intelligence, and human resources, and implementing enterprise systems to support scalable operations and profit expansion. Sarah also helped position BULLDOG Gin for a successful exit to a global, publicly traded, strategic buyer.

As CFO of Torticity, Sarah oversees Finance & Accounting and partners with the executive team to build the financial and operational infrastructure that supports growth and value creation.

Sarah is based in Boca Raton, Florida. She earned a BBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family and relaxing at the beach.
