Laura Hood is an accomplished executive with 15+ years of experience driving operational excellence, strategic alignment, and cross-functional execution. As Chief of Staff to CEO Shane Blain at Torticity, she leads key initiatives, supports enterprise priorities, and fosters organizational cohesion. Previously, Laura served as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief of Staff at Mastercam, where she partnered with the CEO during a period of rapid growth, overseeing operations, HR strategy, compliance, and change management. Known for her steady leadership and people-first approach, Laura holds a degree in Organizational Leadership and is PMP and SHRM-CP certified. She is a trusted advisor who brings clarity, momentum, and integrity to every challenge.

Outside of work, Laura is a proud military spouse to her husband, a U.S. Army Master Sergeant, and a mom to three daughters. She's an avid runner, and finds joy in spending time with her family by the ocean.
