Her expertise spans strategic organizational expansion, talent and performance management, total rewards, employee experience, DEI and culture, learning and organizational development, data analytics, and architecting future work strategies.

Beyond her professional endeavors, she contributes as a board member and volunteer for a children’s education and sports nonprofit, focusing on improving access to learning and community sports to foster youth development. Olivia resides in Florida, where she enjoys the outdoors with her husband and son.
